  1. Although I personally have not gone through this, I know many people who have. Depression is a scary thing it toys with you and brings you to the lowest of lows. I believe people are go through because of everything that goes around them. No one starts off depressed they are lead into it. Sleeping with a unavoidable noise is what depression is. You live life with a buzzing noise that can not go away, all because of situations you were put in.

  2. Many people think that depression is caused by what is happening around people. I believe that depression is caused by what descisions you make in your life. Depression isnt something that just happens to you, it is caused by your own actions. Not by the situations that you were put through.

  3. I agree, depression can happen to anyone and is a problem; though one that can be treated, in a multitude of ways. Depression is not a problem to be trifled with, effecting someone’s personal habits and functions, turning them into almost different people. We know the causes and signs of depression, so why don’t we do any thing? We do, there are ways to help and cope with depression, but it all starts with acknowledging that someone needs help. Life is hard enough without extra baggage holding you back; now add a suitcase full of depression. It can be tough, but with help from friends and family the burden doesn’t seem so heavy. Help is there, always, all you need to do is go to it.
